Coupez.video provides an AI-powered video clipping tool that automatically generates short-form clips from long-form video content. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

Your content: You retain full ownership of the videos you upload and the clips generated from them. By using the service, you grant Coupez.video a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.
Our platform: The Coupez.video platform, software, AI models, and all related intellectual property are owned by Coupez.video. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of our technology.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase at our discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Coupez.video is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated clips will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coupez.video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
